Biography

Dr. Ashish Singh received a PhD degree in Nanotechnology from IIT Guwahati in 2018. Currently he serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Anurag University, Hyderabad, India. He also served as Associate Research Scientist and Visiting Research Scholar at New York University, Tandon School of Engineering, New York, USA. He has 03 International patents and published more than 17 international peer-reviewed SCI journal articles and 07 in Scopus International conferences. He received a start-up research grant (SRG- Rs. 26.67 Lakh) from SERB DST, India, as well as a seed research grant (Rs. 2 Lakh) from Anurag University. He is reviewer for Nature Scientific Report, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, ACS Applied Energy Materials, Fullerenes, Nanotubes and Carbon Nanostructures and Nanoscale.

Teaching Interests

Dr. Singh has teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Technocrats Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India where he taught various core electronics courses such as Electronics Devices, Nanoelectronics etc. to graduate and post graduate students.Beside that more than five years he gained experience as a Teaching Assistant in B.Tech. classes at IIT Guwahati. He has hands-on-experience in designing and setting up various sophisticated instrumental and interdisciplinary laboratories at the Centre for Nanotechnology, IIT Guwahati and NYU Tandon School of Engineering, USA.
