Parameshwar Biradar received a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from Rural Engineering College Bhalki, (VTU Belgaum, Karnataka) India , and a Master of Technology (Geotechnical Engineering) from Bheemanna Khandre Institute of Technology Bhalki, (VTU Belgaum Karnataka) India. Worked as Site Engineer in Sobha Constructions, Asst. Prof. in Ace Engg College Hyderabad and in BKIT. From June 2018 moved to the Department of Civil Engineering at Anurag University in as Assistant Professor since then.
